Every seat ships with: trained agent, supervised onboarding, daily call review, weekly script tightening, KPI sheet, Slack line. Replacements are included if the fit is wrong.

Everything you need is included: our CallTools dialer, skip-traced data sourced and refreshed by our team, and trained cold callers. If you have an acquisitions team, we plug in alongside them. If you don’t, we hire and train acq for you. You take qualified leads. We do the rest.

All call recordings are included with each lead. We think it’s beneficial for you to be able to check the quality, give us feedback if you want a cold caller’s speech or approach modified — we always love hearing feedback. It also gives the VAs the full context of the lead before handoff.

How many dials per day per seat?

375+ dials/hour for FT seats; PT seats are calibrated to half that. Live conversation rate depends on list quality and time of day, but the team target is 200+ live conversations/day per FT seat.

What dialer do you require?

None on your side. We run our own CallTools dialer for you — included in every plan, no extra subscription on your end. In-house-developed CRM is the lead funnel behind it.

Do you provide the lists?

Yes. We source and skip-trace the data ourselves — 15K / 30K / 60K records per quarter depending on tier. You don’t bring a list; we build it for you.

Are calls recorded?

Yes. Every call is recorded by your dialer. We pull a daily review sample for QA scoring.

What about TCPA / DNC?

We respect federal DNC + your internal scrub list. Your script and consent flow are your responsibility; we follow them strictly.
