XtremeVA is a Cairo-based wholesaling VA company run by people who closed assignments before they ever sold a seat. Founded on a single thesis: wholesalers deserve VAs who actually know the work.

Why we exist

The VA market sells hours. We sell the work.

Both founders came up inside real estate operations — running cold-call teams, training acquisitions reps, walking signed assignments through disposition. We saw firsthand what happens when an investor hires a generalist VA company and gets a freelancer who has never closed a wholesale deal. The dialer goes silent. Leads decay. The CRM becomes a graveyard.

XtremeVA exists because that gap is fixable. Operators don’t need more VAs. They need VAs trained on the wholesaling deal cycle, plugged into a team with daily QA, and managed by people who have actually closed contracts. That is what we built.
