How does pricing work?
Three quarterly plans for cold-calling teams: Mini (1 part-time caller, 15k records, $2,000 first quarter / $2,100 per quarter after — ~$700/mo equivalent); Premium (1 full-time caller, 30k records, $4,000 first quarter / $4,200 per quarter after — ~$1,400/mo equivalent); Xtreme (2 full-time callers, 60k records, $7,400 first quarter / $8,100 per quarter after — ~$2,700/mo equivalent). The first-quarter pricing reflects a one-time first-month discount ($100 / $200 / $700 off). Add SMS texting at +$450/mo with 10DLC setup included. See Pricing for the full breakdown.
Why is billing quarterly?
Quarterly billing aligns with your pipeline cycle and lets your VA spend onboarding effort on something that lasts more than 30 days. Monthly billing creates churn — both you and us.
Are there long contracts?
No. You commit to one quarter at a time. Switch tiers up between billing periods (or down at the next period). No cancellation fees.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The first-month discount on each tier covers the setup math.
Do you offer refunds?
If we miss the start date or fail QA standards in the first 14 days, we refund the unused portion. Beyond that, replacements are free; refunds are case-by-case.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (card) is the default. Wire / ACH available on Xtreme tier.

What roles do you staff?

What’s the difference between Cold Calling and Acquisitions?
Cold callers run top-of-funnel volume — 200+ live conversations a day, scripted, focused on getting motivation + booking the appointment. Acquisitions VAs are closers — they handle the discovery call, build motivation, calculate offers, send contracts, follow up to signed deal.
Do you provide the dialer?
No, we operate yours. Common: Mojo, BatchDialer, CallTools, Smarter Contact. We can recommend if you don’t have one.
Do you provide the CRM?
In-house-developed CRM is included. We can also operate yours — Podio, REI Reply, GHL, FollowUpBoss, Salesforce.
Do you provide the lists?
Skip-traced records are included with each tier (15k / 30k / 60k per quarter). You can also bring your own.
What markets do you cover?
Default: NJ, PA, OH, AL, IN. We also staff to TX, FL, GA, NC, AZ, NV. Other markets on request.
What time zones do you cover?
Our team works U.S. business hours. Default Eastern; Central, Mountain, Pacific available — we staff to your market.
What languages?
English. Spanish-speaking VAs available on request.

How fast can a VA start?
Two business days from signed contract. Day 1: we organize your CRM, configure the dialer seats, and match the optimal cold caller(s) from our trained bench. Day 2: your campaign is live and dials start. No 30-day onboarding theater — we pre-train callers on the wholesaling deal cycle so onboarding is configuration, not training.
What does week one look like?
Strategy call → discovery → role fit interview → onboarding → first dials. Daily standups in Slack. First QA report by end of week 2.
Who manages my VA?
You get an Operation Manager + Data Manager + QA Specialist on every account. Daily call review, weekly KPI sync, replacement support.
How do I communicate with my VA?
Slack channel — direct line to the VA, the QA, and Ops. Daily standups, weekly KPI review.
What if the fit is wrong?
Replacements are included in every tier. Typical replacement turnaround is 5 business days.
Do you train on my specific script?
Yes. We train on your script + objection handling + your offer logic. Script tightening happens weekly based on QA findings.
What about training on contracts and paperwork?
Acquisitions VAs are trained on your contract template, e-sign tool (DocuSign / DotLoop / Dropbox Sign), and assignment math.
How fast does my team start?
Two business days after the contract is signed. We pre-train callers on the wholesaling deal cycle so onboarding is profile + script + dialer login — not a 30-day theater.
Is the dialer included?
Yes. We operate Calltools as the dialer for every cold-calling seat. It’s included in the plan — no extra subscription on your end, no per-minute surprise charges.
What’s the deal-close guarantee?
Wholesaling deals usually take ~3 months from first cold call to a closed assignment — that’s why we bill quarterly. If you don’t close a single deal in your first quarter with us, your next month is free. We use that month to re-tune scripts, swap callers, or both — no extra invoice from us until you’re moving deals.
