Common pricing questions.

Why quarterly billing?

It buys real focus. Most VA shops bill monthly and get churned every 30 days, which kills training time. Quarterly aligns us with your pipeline cycle and makes onboarding worth it for both sides.

What does “first quarter” mean?

The headline price is the total you pay for your first three months — the first-month discount ($100, $200, or $700 depending on tier) is already baked in. Quarter two onward renews at the standard quarterly rate shown below the headline.

Is there a setup fee?

No. The first-month discount IS the setup math.

Can I switch tiers mid-quarter?

Up: yes, prorated. Down: at the next billing period.

What about a custom build?

If you need 3+ FT seats, multiple acquisitions VAs, or custom training, we quote that on a strategy call. Most operators land in Premium or Xtreme.

What if I need a refund?

If we miss the start date or fail QA standards in the first 14 days, we refund the unused portion. After that, switching VAs is free; refunds are case-by-case.

Do you take Stripe / wire / ACH?

Stripe (card) is the default. Wire / ACH available on Xtreme tier. We invoice every 90 days.
