How fast can a VA start?

7 to 10 business days from signed contract: discovery → role-fit interview → onboarding → live dialing.

What time zones do you cover?

Our team works U.S. business hours by default — Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific. We staff to your market, not ours.

What if the fit is wrong?

Replacements are included in every tier at no extra cost. We typically swap within 5 business days.

Do you bring the dialer and CRM?

Yes — both. Our CallTools dialer is included in every tier (no extra subscription on your side) and In-house CRM runs underneath it. You don’t bring tooling.

Can I scale up or down?

Yes. You can move tiers between billing periods. Most clients start with Mini or Premium and scale to Xtreme after the first deal pays for the year.
