Why quarterly billing?

It buys real focus. Most VA shops bill monthly and get churned every 30 days, which kills training time. Quarterly aligns us with your pipeline cycle and makes onboarding worth it for both sides.

What does “first quarter” mean?

The headline monthly price is your standard rate. First-quarter invoicing includes a one-time first-month discount on Premium ($200 off) and Xtreme ($700 off). Quarter two onward renews at the standard quarterly rate (monthly × 3).

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee. Premium and Xtreme include a one-time first-month discount ($200 / $700 respectively) on top of the base monthly rate.

Can I switch tiers mid-quarter?

Up: yes, prorated. Down: at the next billing period.

What about a custom build?

If you need 3+ FT seats, multiple acquisitions VAs, or custom training, we quote that on a strategy call. Most operators land in Premium or Xtreme.

What if I need a refund?

If we miss the start date or fail QA standards in the first 14 days, we refund the unused portion. After that, switching VAs is free; refunds are case-by-case.

Do you take Stripe / wire / ACH?

Stripe (card) is the default. Wire / ACH available on Xtreme tier. We invoice every 90 days.

So, I’ve used text blast systems, I’ve used multiple VAs, I’ve used a lot of different software to get trace lists, I’ve gone through it all when it comes to generating leads for my wholesale business, but his team over at Extreme VAs have probably done the best job for me out of anybody, and here’s why.
