XtremeVA was founded by a team of real estate operators because the existing VA market was not serving real estate operators well. Generalist shops sold hours; we wanted to sell trained operators who could close. So we built one.

Today we run a floor of cold callers, acquisitions VAs, disposition VAs, and lead managers — all trained on the U.S. wholesaling deal cycle, all supervised by a QA Specialist, all reachable on Slack. Our flagship clients run wholesaling pipelines; our broader practice covers investor-realtors, brokers, and small fix-and-flip teams.
